2 glasses of water
2 tablespoon oil
2 tomatoes
1 large onion
2-3 green chilli
1 tablespoon coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)
½ tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon red chilli powder (laal mirchi powder)
½ tablespoon turmeric (haldi)
1 tablespoon cumin seed (Jeera)
½ tablespoon asafetida (Hing)
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instruction-
- First, we will chop the onion, tomato and green chilli.
- Next, turn on the gas and place a pressure cooker on the stove.
- Pour some oil into the pressure cooker and heat it.
- Once the oil is hot, add a pinch of hing (asafoetida) and cumin seeds, allowing them to sauté for a moment.
- Now, add the chopped vegetables to the pressure cooker and cook them thoroughly.
- Next, incorporate spices such as red chilli powder (laal mirch), turmeric (haldi), coriander powder (dhania), garam masala, and salt. (According to the measurements provided above)
