The best part is that it’s quick and easy to make, requiring just a few simple ingredients. Many people enjoy this chutney during the winter months when its flavours are particularly gratifying.

Cook time- 10 minutes
Ingredient list- 1 large guava
5-6 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon ginger
2 green chilli
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt as per taste
Coriander leafs
Instruction-
- First, thoroughly clean the guava and then apply some oil to it.
- Next, turn on the gas and roast the guava on the stove until it becomes blackened.
- After roasting, let the guava cool down.
- Once cooled, peel off the skin.
- Cut the guava into small cubes.
- Now, take a mixer or a crusher and add the cubed guava, along with green chilli, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, salt, sugar, and coriander leaves. (According to the measurements provided above)
- Mix everything well.
- Finally, serve the mixture with any type of roti or paratha. Enjoy!
2. Chilli tomato chutney-

Ingredient list- 4 medium size tomato
6 green chilli
1 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt as per taste

- First, we will wash the tomatoes and green chillies.
- Next, we will cut the tomatoes into long slices.
- Now, turn on the gas and place a pan on the heat.
- Add some oil to the pan and let it heat up slightly.
- Once the oil is hot, add the sliced tomatoes and green chillies, and roast them well.
- Afterwards, we will use a crusher to blend the cooked tomatoes, green chillies, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. (According to the measurements provided above)

1 tablespoon cumin seed (jeera)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup water
