With gram flour as the main ingredient, it pairs beautifully with roti, paratha, or rice, making it a perfect choice to enjoy with your loved ones. Ingredient list- 2 tablespoon oil
2 green chilli
3-4 garlic cloves
1 big-size onion
4-5 curry leaves
½ tablespoon turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tablespoon red chilli powder (laal mirchi powder)
1 cup gram flour (besan)
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
1 glass water
Instruction-
- First, we will chop the garlic cloves, green chillies, and onion.
- Cut the onion into pieces, and dice the garlic cloves and green chillies.
- Next, turn on the gas and place a pan on the heat.
- Add oil to the pan, then toss in cumin and mustard seeds, frying them for a short while until they become fragrant.
- After that, add the chopped onion, green chillies, and garlic cloves to the oil and fry them until they soften.
- Now, sprinkle in some spices such as red chilli powder, turmeric, and salt, and mix everything together well. (According to the measurements provided above)
- Next, add gram flour to the pan and stir to combine.
- Gradually add some water to the mixture while continuing to mix.
