Ingredient list- ½cup of curd

10 hari mirch

¼ tablespoon red chilli powder (laal mirchi powder)

½ tablespoon coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)

¼ tablespoon turmeric powder (Haldi)

¼ tablespoon garam masala powder

2 tablespoon mustard oil

Salt as per taste

½ tablespoon cumin seed (Jeera)

½ tablespoon mustard seed (sarso k daane)

½ tablespoon fennel seed (saunf)

½ tablespoon Nigella seed (kalonji)

¼ tablespoon asafetida (Hing)

Instruction-

  • First, wash the hari mirch and cut them into pieces.
  • In a bowl, add curd and whisk it well.

1 tablespoon cumin seed (Jeera)

½ tablespoon coriander seed (Dhaniya ke daane)

½ tablespoon fenugreek seed (Meethi ke daane)

2 tablespoon mustard oil

¼ tablespoon asafetida (Hing)

½ tablespoon red chilli powder (laal mirchi powder)

¼ tablespoon turmeric powder (Haldi)

¼ tablespoon black salt (Black salt)

½ tablespoon dried mango powder (Amchur)

1 tablespoon lemon

Salt as per taste

Instruction-

  • First, we wash the hari mirchi and then cut them into pieces.
  • Next, we turn on the gas and place a pan on the flame.
  • We add coriander seeds, fennel seeds (sauf), mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds (methi), and cumin seeds to the pan and dry roast them until they are fragrant. (According to the measurements provided above)
  • Once roasted, we transfer the spices to a mixer or crusher and grind them into a powder.
  • Returning to the stove, we place a pan on the flame and add oil.
  • We include a pinch of asafoetida (hing) and cumin seeds (jeera) in the hot oil.
  • We should add ½ tablespoon of cumin seeds for the dry roasting and the remaining 1/2 tablespoon to the oil.
  • Next, we add the chopped hari mirchi to the pan, cover it slightly, and allow them to cook.
  • Afterwards, we mix in our ground spice blend along with red chilli powder, turmeric, black salt, regular salt, and amchur powder, ensuring everything is well combined.
  • Once everything is cooked thoroughly, we add lemon juice, mix it well, and then serve the dish.

3. Hari mirchi ka thecha-

4-5 garlic cloves

½ cup peanuts (Mungfali)

1 tablespoon cumin seed (jeera)

½ tablespoon sugar

Salt as per taste

Instruction-

  • First, we will wash the green chillies (hari mirchi) thoroughly.
  • Then, we will turn on the gas and place a pan on the stove.
  • Next, we will dry roast some hari mirchi in the pan.
  • After that, we will add oil, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, and peanuts to the pan along with the hari mirchi and roast them well. (According to the measurements provided above)
  • Once everything is roasted, we will transfer the mixture to a crusher and make a fine paste.
  • Along with this paste, we will also add salt and sugar, and then crush it well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Now, we can enjoy this flavorful paste with hot roti, rice, or parathas.
