I know that life can get incredibly busy, and it’s not always easy to find the time to cook some recipes. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and searching for quick and delicious meals that can be prepared in around 20 minutes, I’m here to help.

Today, I want to share five simple recipes that use just a handful of ingredients. My hope is that these meals will not only satisfy your hunger but also bring a little joy to your day. You truly deserve a comforting and tasty meal, even when life gets hectic!
TIP: Make sure to keep the gas flame high when you add the mushrooms to the pan. If you keep the flame low, the mushrooms will release their water, causing them to shrink in size. This will also lead to them turning black, which can negatively affect the flavour of the dish.
