Ingredient list- 100gpaneer

2 tablespoon oil

½ cup of curd (Dahi)

1 tablespoon red chilli powder (laal mirchi powder)

½ tablespoon turmeric powder (Haldi)

1 tablespoon garam masala

½ tablespoon ajwain (Carom seed)

½ tablespoon black pepper (kali mirch)

1 tablespoon flour (Besan/maida)

Salt as per taste

Instructions-

  • First, let’s start by cutting the paneer into bite-sized pieces.
  • Next, we’ll whip up a flavorful mixture! In a bowl, mix some curd, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, ajwain, salt, black pepper, and gram flour to create a smooth paste. (According to the measurements provided above)
  • Once that’s done, gently dip the paneer cubes into the paste, ensuring they’re well coated.
  • Now, it’s time to get cooking! Turn on the gas and heat a pan.
  • Once it’s nice and hot, add some oil and allow it to warm up.
  • Carefully place the coated paneer pieces in the pan, frying them until they’re nice and crunchy on the outside.

2 tablespoon oil

5-6 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon red chilli powder (laal mirchi powder)

  • Once the spices are mixed in, we will incorporate the cooked rice, stirring everything together until well combined.
  • Finally, we will add fresh coriander and serve it hot.

3. Tasty saucy and creamy mushroom-

Ingredient list- Mushroom

1 large onion

10-12 garlic cloves

2 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chilli flakes

1 tablespoon oregano

1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce

1 bowl of fresh cream (you can use malai as well)

Salt as per taste

Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions-

  • First, we will cut the mushrooms into pieces and chop the garlic and onion.
  • Next, we turn on the gas and take a pan. We’ll add butter and oil to the pan and let it heat up.
  • Once it’s hot, we’ll add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté it for a bit.
  • After that, we’ll add the mushrooms and cook them until they’re tender.
  • Once the mushrooms are cooked, we’ll season the mixture with black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, and salt. ( According to the measurements provided above)
  • After everything is well cooked, we can add Schezwan sauce and fresh cream and mix it thoroughly.
  • Finally, we’ll sprinkle fresh coriander on top.
  • This dish can be enjoyed hot, either with parathas and rice.

4. Tasty chana Dal-

Chana dal is a favourite for many, and it’s easy to see why! Usually, you’d soak it overnight to make it nice and soft for cooking the next day. But guess what? You don’t always have to wait that long! Even that you don’t need onion and garlic in this recipe. Today, I’m excited to share a quick and easy way to make chana dal without soaking it overnight. Let’s get started!

Serving- 2

Preparation time- 10 minutes

Cook time- 30 minutes

Ingredient list- 1 bowl chana dal

1 tomato

2 green chilli

½ tablespoon grated ginger

2 tablespoon oil

1 elaichi

1 small cinnamon stick

2 cloves

2 dry red chillies

1 bay leafs

1 tablespoon turmeric powder (Haldi)

1 tablespoon cumin seed (Jeera)

1 tablespoon red chilli powder (laal mirchi powder)

1 tablespoon garam masala

Salt as per taste

Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions-

  • First, we will wash the chana dal thoroughly.
  • After washing it in clean water, we will transfer it to a pressure cooker. Along with the dal, add 1.5 glasses of water, a pinch of turmeric, one cardamom pod, a small piece of cinnamon, and a few cloves. Cook it for 7-8 whistles.
  • Meanwhile, we will chop the tomato, ginger, and green chilli into small pieces.
  • Next, we will heat some oil in a pan. Once the oil is warm, we will add cumin seeds, a dried red chilli, and a bay leaf, sautéing them briefly.
  • Once the spices are fragrant, we will add the chopped tomato, ginger, and green chilli, and cook until they are well roasted.
  • After that, we will mix in some spices: turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. ( According to the measurements provided above)  
  • Once the spices are well combined and cooked, we will add the boiled chana dal to the mixture.
  • When everything comes to a boil, we will garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.

5. Tasty aachari aalu-

Aachari Aalu is a super tasty dish that pairs wonderfully with roti or parathas! It’s a delightful mix of tangy and spicy flavours that will surely excite your taste buds. The best part? You can whip it up in just 20 minutes! It’s so quick and easy to make and trust me, you won’t want to miss out on trying it!

Ingredient list- 3 medium-sized Aalu

1 cup dahi

2 green chillis

½ tablespoon ginger

1 tablespoon Achaar Masala

1 tablespoon red chilli powder

1 tablespoon coriander powder

½ tablespoon turmeric powder (haldi powder)

2-3 tablespoons sarso tel

½ tablespoon jeera

1 bay leaf

2 dry red chilli (sukhi lal mirch)

¼ tablespoon hing

¼ cup water

Coriander for garnishing

Salt to taste

Instructions-

  • First, take a large bowl and add the curd.
  • Next, make a paste of chilli or ginger and mix it into the curd.
  • Then, incorporate the pickle masala, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and coriander powder into the mixture, stirring well to combine. (According to the measurements provided above)
  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into cube-shaped pieces.
  • Turn on the gas and place a pan on the stove.
  • Pour some oil into the pan and heat it slightly.
  • Add asafoetida (hing), cumin seeds, and either dried red chilli or a bay leaf to the pan, allowing them to roast for a moment.
  • Once the spices are fragrant, add the diced potatoes to the pan and fry them until they are well-cooked.
  • After frying the potatoes, pour in the curd mixture and add a little water if needed.
  • Mix everything together thoroughly.
  • Finally, after everything has cooked well, add fresh coriander as a garnish and serve hot.

6. Tasty namak mirch ka paratha-

If you’re looking for a quick and delicious snack, Namak Mirchi Paratha is the way to go! It’s super easy to make, requiring just a few ingredients and minimal time. Plus, it really helps curb those cravings. Whenever you find yourself in need of a tasty bite, give this recipe a try—it won’t disappoint! (you can also make normal chapatti, paratha or puri as well)

Ingredient list- 2 cup aata

2 tablespoons red chilli powder (laal mirchi powder)

  • First, we will make a dough by mixing some flour with water.
  • Next, we’ll turn on the gas and place a tawa (griddle) on top.
  • We’ll start by rolling out a piece of dough into a roti.
  • Then, we will apply some oil, ajwain (carom seeds), red chilli powder, and salt to the roti, spreading the mixture evenly. (According to the measurements provided above)
  • After that, we’ll roll the roti into a cylindrical shape and then again make it round as a roti.
  • Now, we will place the rolled roti on the tawa and cook it, making sure to flip it until both sides are cooked well.
  • To ensure the paratha becomes crispy, add some oil in between while cooking.
  • This delicious dish can be enjoyed for breakfast with tea, curd, green chutney, or pickles.

7. Tasty chocolate bread pudding-

200g dark chocolate

1 cup of milk

3 tablespoon sugar
