I understand that life can get really busy, and finding the time to cook some recipes can be challenging. If you’re looking for quick and delicious meals that only take about 20 minutes to prepare, you’re in the right place.
Today, I’d like to share three easy recipes that require just a few ingredients and are sure to bring a smile to your face and warmth to your stomach. You deserve a tasty meal, even on the busiest days!

TIP: Make sure to keep the gas flame high when you add the mushrooms to the pan. If you keep the flame low, the mushrooms will release their water, causing them to shrink in size. This will also lead to them turning black, which can negatively affect the flavour of the dish.
