2 tablespoon oil
½ cup of curd (Dahi)
1 tablespoon red chilli powder (laal mirchi powder)
½ tablespoon turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tablespoon garam masala
½ tablespoon ajwain (Carom seed)
½ tablespoon black pepper (kali mirch)
1 tablespoon flour (Besan/maida)
Salt as per taste
Instructions-

2 tablespoon oil
7-8 garlic cloves
3-4 dry chilli
1 tablespoon cumin seed (Jeera)
1 large onion
Salt as per taste
Instructions-
- First, cut the paneer into small cubes.
- You also chop an onion into small pieces.
- Next, prepare a mixture using a mixer or crusher by adding garlic, dried red chilli, salt, and a little water. (According to the measurements provided above)
- Now, turn on the gas and place a pan on the heat. Allow the pan to warm up slightly and add oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds (jeera) and chopped onions and sauté until they are lightly roasted.
- Then, add the mixture you prepared earlier.

½ tablespoon black pepper (kali mirch)
½ tablespoon garam masala
¼ tablespoon sugar
