Did you know that eating mushrooms is super good for you? They’re packed with health benefits that can boost your brain, heart, immune system, and gut health. So next time you’re cooking, consider adding some delicious mushrooms to your dish for a tasty and nutritious boost!
TIP: Make sure to keep the gas flame high when you add the mushrooms to the pan. If you keep the flame low, the mushrooms will release their water, causing them to shrink in size. This will also lead to them turning black, which can negatively affect the flavour of the dish.
