Ingredient list- 100gpaneer

2 tablespoon oil

7-8 garlic cloves

3-4 dry chilli

1 tablespoon cumin seed (Jeera)

1 large onion

Instructions-

  • First, cut the paneer into small cubes.
  • You also chop an onion into small pieces.
  • Next, prepare a mixture using a mixer or crusher by adding garlic, dried red chilli, salt, and a little water. (According to the measurements provided above)
  • Now, turn on the gas and place a pan on the heat. Allow the pan to warm up slightly and add oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds (jeera) and chopped onions and sauté until they are lightly roasted.
  • Then, add the mixture you prepared earlier.

  • Fill this bowl with the mixture and then mould it into a round shape.
  • Finally, gently roll it out to form a roti.
  • Next, we’ll turn on the gas and place a tawa (griddle) on top.
  • Now, we will place the rolled roti on the tawa and cook it, making sure to flip it until both sides are cooked well.
  • To ensure the paratha becomes crispy, add some oil in between while cooking.
